Li’s treatment team is now recommending he be allowed to reside at Winnipeg’s Health Sciences Centre’s psychiatric unit, with a move to a city group home and unsupervised passes within the city to follow.ĭr. Restrictions on his freedom have been gradually relaxed over the years, with the review board last year agreeing to allow Li unsupervised trips into Selkirk.
